This is the 2nd house that Mary has sold for us. This house was my 86 year old mother’s house. Mary was very very patient with my mother’s requests and schedule. The final sale price was well above the listing price and exceeded my mother’s expectations. There were some items in the basement that were very heavy and Mary was able to arrange for there removal. "Couldn’t Have Done It Without Her!

Throughout the entire process of selling our family home of 59 years, Mary Corcoran was absolutely terrific to work with. This was an Estate sale and although I am Executor, my three brothers were also involved at various stages. Mary was always cheerful and professional with all of us, and provided excellent guidance as to what needed to be done to prepare the house for market. For the most part, she was able to schedule tradesmen for necessary tasks and they, too, were true professionals. This was especially helpful to me as I was conducting much of our transactions from a distance, and could not always be on site. She understands the current and changing local real estate market and guided us to price the house appropriately. When it came time to stage our cleaned and tidied family home, Mary worked her magic - and she is a true magician. When I saw the photos on the listing, I truly wanted to make an offer! Yes, our home is located in a desirable family neighborhood, and Mary really knows the neighborhood. Yes, the house is well built and the property is very pretty. But Mary really knows how bring out the best in a house, and allow potential buyers to imagine a home. If I had to describe Mary with one adjective, I would have to say that she “sparkles”. Behind her professionalism and efficiency, there is warmth, fun and generosity, and she really knows how to make an older home - any home - sparkle.

"A Realtor Who Made an Impact!

I was an executor -- living out-of-town -- trying to sell my parent’s home of 30+ years. Mary came in with the right balance of compassion, caring and a business sense of what needed to be done. She was incredibly patient honoring my schedule. Her sound advice kept me calm and informed. She never pushed, yet gave sound advice with alternatives. Her secret superpower? Staging!
